The Pivot Play

Your resume isn't the problem. The story it's telling (or not telling) is.

A 5-session group program for educators moving into sales roles built by someone who made that exact move.

Who is this for?

Focused On Studying
Typing on Laptop
Clear Focus

You're a teacher targeting an SDR, BDR, AM, or AE role, and you're not still deciding if sales is the move. You've already made the decision and now you need the resume and the plan to back it up.

Actively Searching

You're applying now or about to start. This isn't a someday-maybe kind of thing. This is built for people who need a working resume and networking plan, not a career exploration exercise.

Ready for Help

You've tried rewriting the resume yourself but it still doesn't sound like you or get you interviews. You want someone who's made this exact move to show you what's working.

I don't just coach this.

I lived it.

I spent nearly a decade in public education as a teacher, instructional coach, and school leader. In 2021, I made the decision to leave and pivot into strategic sales, rebuilding my professional identity from the ground up.

I'm now an account manager at a globally recognized brand, managing a multi-state territory and driving consistent revenue growth. Along the way, I had to relearn how to trust my own skills and speak about my experience with confidence. The hardest thing was learning to  believe I belonged in rooms that were new and unfamiliar. That experience gave me a clear view into how hiring decisions are made and what companies are really looking for when they review at a resume.

My coaching is practical, thoughtful, and grounded in real experience. I help teachers translate their background into a clear value proposition, tighten their narrative, and walk into interviews like they already belong there.
